Her expressive mark-making and vibrant colour choices result in energetic, uplifting pieces that radiate happiness. She’s experimental and open to new techniques -cutting, sticking, clay building, sculpture, drawing, and painting - but her work always carries an unmistakable stamp of identity.
Art is both a personal outlet for Chantel and a way of connecting with others. She thrives in the social environment of Artbox, where her bubbly personality shines through. Her joy in making is infectious, and her laughter often becomes the soundtrack of the session.
